Food Distribution by Philips
Burmese speaking Philip, pastor Barnabas, in Ban Bung district, Chonburi province organized a food distribution to migrant workers from Myanmar, whose factories were ordered to lockdown due to the Covid-19 infection in their work places. It was a great opportunity to share God’s love to the people in need.
Philips Visit New Believers Sharing and Praying
In the midst of the provincial lockdown, Philips in Petchabun City visited new believers and prayed together with them.
Bible-based Literacy Adult Class in Chiang Mai Province
In spite of the pandemic in Thailand, our BBL program coordinator, Paul Mondo, started another BBL class in Doi Saket district, Chiang Mai province, with 6 adult members attended.
Nationwide Church Leaders Consultative Meeting
We organized a consultative meeting with about 80 church leaders across the country on how to move on with our ministries in the Covid-19 situation. This kind of meeting takes place every Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m. We invited pastors and all interested people to attend and share their views. The next Thursday, we will discuss an issue on “How can small churches survive in the mid of the Covid-19 situation?” I will be a co-host of the program. Please pray that God will grant us wisdom and strength to do His will.
Praise and Prayer Requests
Our Praise and Prayer Requests:
- PP Program: 1. Please pray for our Philips across the country that they will be persistent in doing works of evangelism and discipleship in the mid of Covid-19 situation.
- BBL Program: 1. Pray our BBL’s volunteer teachers that they will be able to find opportunities to carry on the existing classes and open new classes in the mid of Covid-19 situation too.
- General: 1.Please continue to pray for the Covid-19 situation in Thailand as a number of daily new cases has been over 15,000 and spread in all regions of the country. And pray that the Thai government will be able to provide sufficient vaccines and medical needs to the whole country.
